Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entry, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • They will also be responsible for assisting in handling customer returns and managing online orders from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office required.
  • 1- 2 years in a retail or customer facing role required.
  • Excellent customer service skills essential.
