Job Description

The MEP Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient and effective building services. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance and operation of building services, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address issues or potential problems.
  • Manage team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.

Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment is crucial for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in building services management, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment, is required. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services is also necessary.

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure are essential.
