">- Manage high-profile rail infrastructure projects from inception to completion, fostering collaboration among engineers, planners, external consultants, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with industry best practices, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex rail infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Support business development activities, including bid preparation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications & Experience:
">- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is essential.
- Chartered status with a recognized professional body (e.g., Engineers Ireland, ICE, APM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, with a strong track record in delivering rail or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Irish rail infrastructure regulations, standards, and procurement processes is required.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and working within a consultancy environment is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract management (e.g., NEC, FIDIC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success.
