Skincare Specialist Opportunity

The Urban Beauty & Skincare Centre is seeking a skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality beauty and advanced skin treatments, focusing on skincare and aesthetic excellence.
  • Provide in-depth consultations, aftercare advice, and personalized skincare recommendations to clients.
  • Help drive team performance through rebooking, retailing, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
  • Contribute to social media content and occasional promotional events that enhance the brand image.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Essential Criteria:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) as a minimum qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a salon or clinic setting, preferably with expertise in gel BIAB nails, brows, massage, and advanced waxing techniques.
  • A genuine passion for skincare, with knowledge of facials, peels, or micro needling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work two evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays (9:30am-3pm), ensuring availability during peak periods.
