Job Overview:

The Production Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, productivity, and quality across the production floor.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Elevate adherence to Health & Safety regulations
  • Optimize throughput, labor efficiency, and quality metrics
  • Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster positive employee relations and team flexibility
  • Maintain GMP and quality system requirements
  • Ensure timely training and retain related records
  • Daily report manufacturing issues to the Supervisor
  • Utilize in-house IS systems to track key metrics like batch analysis and OEE
  • Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive continuous improvement where performance is below expectations
  • Manage daily team rota, resources, work orders, and materials
  • Closure of feature setup online systems
  • Inventory management, maintain production logs, and open work orders
  • Cover breaks and absenteeism on the line
  • Lead CAPA investigations and complete reports
  • Audit arrangements and record keeping
  • Packing instruction updates in NQMS
