
Senior Water Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrotechnical Engineer to fill this critical role.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise in hydrology and hydrotechnical engineering, with experience in project management and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive hydrological and hydraulic studies to inform water management plans.
- Developing and implementing effective water management strategies to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Maintaining a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant project experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software applications, including HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, HEC-HMS, GoldSim, Civil3D, and ArcGIS.
