Job Overview

The DeltaV Automation Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless automation processes within manufacturing facilities. This site-based position requires strong collaboration with Digital MMD teams and vendors/partners to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop user requirements for DeltaV modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and approve related design documentation, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.
  • Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system, facilitating efficient implementation.
  • Contribute to Agile sprint teams for software development, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP and batch 3 manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful capital projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop effective solutions, and drive process improvements.
