Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the account manager in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of global companies. This will involve performing administration and services pursuant to administration agreements for hedge funds, as well as calculating and reporting fund NAVs.

Liaising with clients regarding trade issues and corporate actions, managing daily reconciliation of all cash and positions with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze changes in fund values relative to market fluctuations. They will also be able to communicate effectively with clients and auditors regarding fund-specific queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or business is essential.
  • Over 4 years of experience in fund accounting or investment fund audit is required.
  • Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CFA is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
