About this Role:

This is a full-time position with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

As a Patch Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of tenancies and properties, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing voids.

  • Manage existing and new tenancies within managed estates and properties
  • Process succession, assignment, joint tenancy & direct exchange applications
  • Collect income and manage rent accounts for new, existing, and outgoing tenants
  • Organize and monitor planned maintenance, customer payments, and decant arrangements
  • Promote community involvement, cohesion, and safety

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or equivalent and 1 year's relevant experience in a customer-facing environment
  • OR BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) qualification in Housing and 1 year's relevant experience
  • OR BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) or equivalent and 2 years' relevant experience
  • OR Demonstrate continuing professional development or experiential learning and 3 years' relevant experience
  • Possess a current driving license or have access to transportation
