Our organisation is currently seeking a skilled Polymer Processing Specialist to play a key role in the efficient setup and operation of injection moulding lines. As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Erect and operate polymer processing equipment
  • Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve production objectives
  • Process various types of polymer materials

We require an individual with strong technical knowledge, preferably holding a Polymer Technology qualification or equivalent. A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level grades, including Mathematics (H7) and English or Irish (O6), are mandatory. Previous experience in medical device and/or injection moulding is highly desirable.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our production management team to implement process improvements and drive efficiency across our manufacturing operations.

Beyond your technical expertise, we value individuals who can work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
