About the Role
This Cloud Product Support Associate position is part of our Sales and Service Cloud V2 (CNS) team, where you'll work closely with customers to deliver exceptional technical support and customer service.

* Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
