Cybersecurity Governance Leader

The Cybersecurity Governance team plays a pivotal role in maintaining Workday's security posture through intelligent risk-taking and optimized controls management. This leadership position requires seamless integration of business requirements, industry best practices, and forward-thinking revisions to Cybersecurity policies and standards.
This Security Governance leader will develop, implement, and govern all Workday Cybersecurity policies and standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and enforcing Cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Ensuring balanced integration of business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical aptitude in cloud technologies, application security, and technical administration. You should also have excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
We're looking for a skilled professional with 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Compliance. Desired certifications include SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171.
