Site Development Specialist

A high-performing Site Development Specialist is sought to lead site setup and quality control initiatives for a prominent contractor in Cork, working on both commercial and residential projects.
The Opportunity- Ensure seamless project execution by setting out and inspecting work as needed, guaranteeing adherence to project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Verify the quality of completed works to maintain exceptional standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks according to program schedules.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles.
- Proficiency in using setting out instruments and being skilled in set out, survey & level, temporary works coordination, and total station usage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
