Senior Residential Project Manager

The Finishing Foreman is a pivotal position in our construction team, responsible for delivering high-quality projects. Our focus is on residential developments, with a specific project underway in Kildare Town Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works are conducted safely and meet the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the site manager to achieve project objectives, manage site teams, and coordinate both staff and sub-contractors.
- Maintain work quality, adhering to established processes, and guarantee client satisfaction in terms of build and finish.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working on large-scale residential development projects in a similar role.
- Strong self-motivation, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities are necessary for success.
- Able to work independently, while also contributing to effective team dynamics.
