Our hotel is seeking an experienced and skilled pastry chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality desserts, pastries, and bakery items that exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the pastry section in our hotel kitchen by implementing efficient systems and processes.
  • Develop innovative menu concepts and work closely with other chefs to create a comprehensive dining experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and act upon feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture, and ensure all team members are fully trained and equipped to perform their duties.
