The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Performance Team, driving commercial performance and strategic decision-making across all regions and departments.

This position offers broad exposure and high visibility, reporting directly to the Global Performance Manager.

You will support regional and global management in making informed business decisions through financial analysis and modelling.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization.

This is a long-term career opportunity to gain valuable experience in finance partnering and FP&A in a rapidly growing international SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for regional and departmental leaders.
  • Support short and long-term business decisions through financial modelling and analysis.
  • Prepare, develop, and manage rolling forecasts with various teams across the business.
  • Conduct and deliver regular performance reviews and business insights.
  • Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to scale financial best practices.
  • Support company-wide planning and forecasting processes.
  • Perform ad hoc financial, commercial, and operational analysis as required.

Requirements

  • A qualified accountant or finance certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Partnering/FP&A.
  • Effective communication skills to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency using analytical tools.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent business judgment and intellectual curiosity.
  • Self-starter; comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.
  • Background working in a tech finance environment and experience with multiple currencies an advantage.
