A forward-thinking Chief Financial Strategist is required to spearhead the expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Management & Decision Support: Provide insightful guidance to senior leaders on key business decisions, driving growth and profitability.
  • Treasury & Cash Management: Oversee treasury and cash management functions, ensuring optimal working capital management in a high-volume, low-margin environment.
  • Productivity, Performance Management and FP&A: Collaborate with senior leaders to improve productivity, maintain margin performance, and drive profitability.

Additional Key Accountabilities:

  • Financial & Management Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the finance team operates at the highest professional standards, providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Corporate Finance and M&A: Support senior leaders with financing growth and expansion, including acquisition due diligence and integrations.
  • Board Member and Board Reporting: Provide strategic insight and guidance as a board member, ensuring effective communication with the board.
  • IT and Leadership: Lead IT investments and ensure the finance organization contributes to the profitable growth objective.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Certified Accountant with Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director level experience in a scaling multi-location, complex business.
  • Industry expertise in Logistics, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain preferred.
  • Strategic Commercial Acumen, Forecasting and Treasury management skills, and M&A experience highly desirable.
