We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to partner with hiring managers in support of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full cycle recruiting activities for Irish sites and support strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs
  • Involvement in Early Career recruitment & activities
  • Complete screening calls with prospective employees prior to sharing with manager to ensure suitability for role
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create attractive offers to secure top talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates

The successful candidate will be a team player with a growth mindset and desire to share expertise with fellow colleagues. You will develop strong relationships with business partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified to a Bachelors level 8 degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum 1 year relevant recruiting experience, preferably in high volume engineering / science roles
  • Experience with Workday Recruit desirable
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
