Cpl Healthcare is seeking to hire multiple Customer Support Representatives for a permanent role reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This position could suit a new graduate coming from a Business Course who is looking to kick start their career in a multinational environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow.
This role will involve an initial training period with 9 – 5pm hours before moving to an evening shift model after training. The role will be Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding the company's products.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
- Working in a safe manner at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and excellent telephone and customer service skills.
