About the Role

As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or deal pricing, with a proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness. You should be able to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment by driving business results without significant supervision.

  1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to EMEA Go-to-Market sales teams and their leadership, providing guidance on pricing deals at scale and strategic deals.
  2. Develop and refine new frameworks to evaluate a deal's attractiveness to the organization, ensuring alignment between these frameworks, long-range plans, and mutually agreeable outcomes with cross-functional business partners.
  3. Maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks and contribute to team analytical design and production efforts, using this data to enhance the pricing philosophy.

You will have the opportunity to stretch beyond the boundaries of deal pricing operations through business case development and commercial negotiations with customers across various products.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness.
  • Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the payments or technology sector.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, preferably to sales or go-to-market business partners.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau or a willingness to learn.
Work Arrangements

Strikes can expect to spend at least 50% of their time in a given month in their local office or with users. However, some teams may have greater in-office attendance requirements, which the hiring manager will discuss.

This approach helps strike a balance between in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
