Expert HR Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR solutions consultant to join our team. As an HR solutions consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR support in a fast-paced environment, working with a talented team to provide high-quality HR solutions across various sectors.

The Role
  • Provide expert guidance on HR and employment law matters to clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries.
  • Lead complex workplace investigations, including dignity and respect at work, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
  • Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Create and present content for seminars and training workshops.
  • Contribute to developing new compliance products.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
  • Review and advise on client policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Draft content for employment law publications.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in human resources, employment law, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in policy and procedural advice.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law in various workplace settings.
  • Strong commercial acumen and adaptability.
  • Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills.
  • A team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
  • Proficient in Windows and computer applications.
