Expert HR Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Expert HR Advisor. This role demands a deep understanding of HR law and best practices, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively support and advise clients.

The Role:
  • Deliver expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients through on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
  • Develop tailored HR solutions for diverse industries, including policy and procedural advice.
  • Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing practical advice and staying updated on Employment Law and HR trends.
  • Create and present content for seminars and training workshops to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to developing new compliance products that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and advise on client policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Draft content for employment law publications to disseminate information and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team's objectives.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
  • You bring strong commercial acumen and adaptability to your work.
  • You are proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
  • You excel in communication, administrative, and project management skills.
  • You are a team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
  • You are proficient in Windows and computer applications.

Requirements:

  • You must own transport with a full clean driving license and appropriate insurance.
