Job Title

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our Global HR Solutions team.

This role involves providing dedicated services and partnerships with employees across the globe.

As part of this team, you will create moments that matter by delivering end-to-end solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating and storing relevant employment information, as well as maintaining electronic employee personnel files.

You will also provide guidance to users on the use of systems, including Workday and the local intranet.

Additionally, you will assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality, and conduct data quality reviews to monitor and correct processing errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking and logging first line calls, chats and emails, assessing and resolving issues.
  • ProcessHR transactions, closing cases and ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Explaining and applying HR policy and procedures to advise managers, employees and HR through their query.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and share learning to content governance team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience supporting in a fast paced customer service environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent work experience.
Desirable Skills
  • Specialized knowledge in HR.
  • Prior experience working in shared services.
  • Prior Workday experience.
  • Strong Data Management skills.
