Customer Service Ambassador

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills?

We're looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Be the site's point of contact for providing information and assistance

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
