Job Title: Operations Manager
About Us:
We are a family-friendly fitness club that offers exceptional service to our members. As a premium priced club, we require our staff to deliver high standards of service and support to ensure a seamless experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Support all departments including gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes, party venue & kids activity camps.
- Ensure efficient running of all departments while on duty.
- Protect the integrity and exclusivity of our brand at all times.
- Follow instructions fully from the General Manager and always deliver on time.
- Quickly learn all aspects of the role and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient running of the club.
- Take responsibility for implementing and managing the high standard of operation of the club while on duty.
- Deal with member complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and friendly club at all times.
- Implement all systems and procedures while on duty.
Requirements:
- Ability to contribute and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Commitment and ability to follow instructions fully and deliver on time.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience or qualification in health and safety procedures, cleanliness systems, maintenance management, gym management, front desk systems, membership payment management, human resource policies, and fitness qualifications would be advantageous.
