Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst to support individuals with complex needs at Jobit. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs, ideally over the age of 12, and hold a degree in Psychology, Social Care, Nursing, or a related field. A BCBA certification and Masters level qualification in ABA is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualised support plans to promote skills development and address behaviours of concern.
  2. Facilitate social inclusion programmes to enhance personal growth and achievement.
  3. Maintain a positive and supportive environment that upholds a neuro-affirmative ethos.

As a Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of support services and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Therapist, ABA Therapist, Behaviour Analyst, Behavioural Therapist or similar role.
  • Strong background in supporting individuals with complex needs, ideally in family home, day service and community settings.
  • Degree in relevant field and BCBA certification with Masters level qualification in ABA.
  • Full EU driving licence.
