Job Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced Inventory and Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage company inventory levels, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, place, and quantity. This role will lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, drive inventory control systems, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the Warehouse Team to achieve exceptional results in inventory management and control.
- Drive and Optimize Inventory Control Systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and Maintain Kanban Stock Levels and Reorder Points to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Conduct Regular Audits and Cycle Counts to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with Suppliers and Logistics Teams to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Minimize Waste and Obsolescence by implementing efficient inventory management practices.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Industry Regulations.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with focus on Inventory or Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, including a proven track record of managing stock control systems, handling procurement or purchasing requirements, using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS), and leading and setting goals for performance and operational improvement.
