Network Pricing Associate Director

Social networks and technology play a vital role in enhancing people's lives. Optum is a global organization that provides care services to millions of individuals, empowering them to live healthier lives.

This role involves monitoring payor financial performance to identify areas for improvement and strengthening client relationships. Effective collaboration with internal partners ensures seamless execution of processes aligns with contractual obligations.

Data generation and creation of collateral for senior leadership business updates are also key responsibilities. Providing explanations and information on complex issues is essential in this role.

A high degree of organizational skills is required to manage OptumRx Pharmacy contracts accurately and timely, including report generation and tracking monthly performance metrics.

Anticipating stakeholder needs and proactively developing solutions to meet their expectations is crucial in this position.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. Proven experience in contract analysis, contract management, or review strategy development and contract redlining is highly desirable.

Previous experience in commercial, procurement, or legal teams with a focus on contracts is also beneficial.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (MBA or PharmD) and experience in managed healthcare or pharmacy benefit management. Advanced experience utilizing PowerPoint and Excel is highly valued.
