Job Role

Expert network pricing professionals are sought to develop and implement innovative strategies for payor financial performance improvement and client relationship enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze payor financial data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for enhanced client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless process alignment with contractual obligations
  • Assist in generating high-quality data and collateral for senior leadership business updates, providing in-depth explanations and insights on complex issues
  • Utilize exceptional organizational skills to manage OptumRx Pharmacy contracts, ensuring timely and accurate data generation, report creation, and performance tracking
  • Act as a strategic consultant, working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to incorporate relevant business content into analytical approaches
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex contract language to assess financial, non-financial impact, and legal implications of requested contract changes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Proven expertise in contract analysis, management, or review strategy development, with a focus on contract redlining
  • Previous experience working within commercial, procurement, or legal teams, with a strong emphasis on contract management

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
