Job Overview:

Lead a team of caregivers in delivering high-quality support services for individuals living with dementia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and development, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of dementia care services
  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision and development
  • Ensure effective communication between team members, clients, carers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in caring for people with dementia
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Nursing degree and registration desirable

Benefits:

  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • 37.5 hours per week

Additional Information:

  • Experience in HR, financial management, quality standards, and risk management would be an advantage
