Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Oversee planning, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  2. Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site.
  3. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work scopes.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  5. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades.
  6. Monitor progress, perform inspections, testing, and quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Electrician with National Craft Certificate or relevant degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' commercial/industrial electrical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including 3-phase power, lighting, fire alarms, and data cabling.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience with RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and other safety documentation.
