Airfreight Export Coordinator


About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing airfreight shipments from booking to arrival. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process shipment bookings, monitor shipments and manage customer payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including resolving queries related to invoices.
  • Liaise with airlines to secure the best rates and transit times, and coordinate with warehouse and transport personnel for collections and airfreight processing.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
