  • Role Overview: An Airfreight Export Operator is responsible for coordinating the movement of airfreight shipments from point of customer booking to arrival at final destination and customer payment.
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high level customer service, liaise with airlines to secure best possible rate and transit time, label freight for export, process sales and purchase invoices, deal with queries relating to customer/creditor invoices, and issue quotations.
  • Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years experience in a freight forwarding role, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail, and strong team player skills.
