About the Role:- This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with solid legal training in commercial contracts, data protection, and digital regulation.
- You will advise on commercial contracts, privacy, IP transactions, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, and cyber matters.
- Work closely with colleagues across our international network to coordinate and contribute to cross-border projects.
- SUPPORT business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.
- A qualified solicitor with at least 2/3 years PQE as a minimum.
- Experience drafting contracts and advising on commercial and/or regulatory matters.
- Exposure to data protection, digital regulation, or technology-related work is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow your career within our firm.
