Window and Door Fitting Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing window and door fitting crews, ensuring high-quality installations and maintaining a professional image within customers' homes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading installation teams to achieve exceptional results
- Inspecting work to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Managing site safety and cleanliness
- Coordinating with office staff to flag issues or delays
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping them updated throughout the project
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in window and door/glazing installations
- Skilled in both uPVC and aluminium systems
- BASIC PLASTERING SKILLS (bonding and skimming)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, and Abrasive Wheel certification
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Professional, reliable, and confident in managing small teams
- Conversational level of English (supplemental language training can be provided if required)
- Desirable:
