Installation Supervisor Job

Oversee the installation of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to the highest standards.

Accurately interpret survey sheets, remove existing windows and doors safely and cleanly, apply insulation and weatherproofing for long-term durability, and ensure site safety.

  • Supervise junior fitters and labourers on site
  • Liaise with project coordinators to flag issues or delays

Maintain van, tools, PPE, and scaffolding in good working order.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in window and door/glazing installations
  • Skilled in both uPVC and aluminium systems
  • Basic plastering skills (bonding and skimming)
  • Full driving licence
  • Valid certifications including Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, and Abrasive Wheel
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Professional and reliable team management
  • Conversational level of English

Desirable skills include strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve and work on own initiative.
