Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Installation Manager to lead our team of fitters in the installation of high-quality window and door systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation process, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installers in the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems.
  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain tools, vans, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading installation teams.
  • Familiarity with uPVC and aluminium systems, including their installation and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of plastering techniques, including bonding and skimming.
  • A full, clean driving license is essential.
