Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Window and Door Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems
  • Read and follow survey sheets accurately
  • Safely remove existing fittings and apply insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing
  • Ensure a clean and safe worksite throughout each project
  • Supervise and support junior team members on-site
  • Maintain tools, van, PPE, and scaffolding in good condition
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door installation
  • Skilled in both uPVC and aluminium systems
  • Basic plastering abilities (bonding and skimming)
  • Full, clean driving license is essential

A company van, tools, fuel card, and mobile phone will be provided as part of the role. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
