Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance by leading by example, setting high standards, and recognizing individual achievements.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care skills.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals.
  • Manage daily operations efficiently, including scheduling, inventory, and workflow optimization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
  • Apply optical skills to help customers choose the right frames and lenses and perform precise adjustments and lens cutting.
Requirements:

  • A passion for retail and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of optical principles and practices.
