Job Opportunity:

    A distinguished opportunity exists for a VP Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst with expertise in financial regulation to join a leading global institution located in Dublin.

    This position is ideally suited to an individual who excels at the confluence of business and technology, possessing a deep-seated commitment to regulatory reporting, financial/non-financial reporting, and data stewardship.

    The successful candidate will bring substantial practical experience acquired from analogous roles in banking or financial services—particularly those involving regulatory reporting imperatives.

    They should have direct participation in system integrations across platforms such as Axiom, Wolters Kluwer, Nasdaq, Moodys, etc., together with thorough familiarity with core regulations including COREP or FINREP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a technical business analyst within financial services or banking sectors focused on regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Understand key regulations including COREP, FINREP, and Bank of England reporting frameworks pertinent to large-scale financial institutions.
  • Integrate major regulatory systems into enterprise-level data warehouses utilizing recognised industry methodologies.
  • Distil complex business requirements into clear technical specifications suitable for IT development teams.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders spanning business units and technology functions.
  • Deliver system implementations or enhancements related to regulatory compliance within stringent timeframes.
  • Familiarity with principles of data management encompassing governance frameworks, lineage tracking techniques, and validation procedures.
