Job Summary:The Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality service and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Main Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate and prompt food and beverage orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drinks.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as needed.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies.
