- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and support performance management">
- Ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment and effectively resolve customer queries">
- Assist in driving store performance by monitoring sales, identifying trends, and supporting KPI achievement">
- Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising">

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality; confident in engaging with the public and ensuring high service standards">
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage">
- Strong communication and customer service skills">
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members">
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations, staff, customer needs, and admin tasks in a fast-paced setting">
