Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.

  • Supervise a team of front desk staff to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Become aware of the needs of our guests and build rapport through genuine care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and conduct throughout the hotel.
  • Accurately record and maintain registration and payment information for our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • The ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with diverse customer service problems is crucial.
  • Demonstrating genuine care for customers and employees is vital.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
