Customer Service Supervisor
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Supervise a team of front desk staff to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Become aware of the needs of our guests and build rapport through genuine care and attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and conduct throughout the hotel.
- Accurately record and maintain registration and payment information for our guests.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures is necessary.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- The ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with diverse customer service problems is crucial.
- Demonstrating genuine care for customers and employees is vital.
