Retail Sales Associate
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and promoting products to customers.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our shops, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience.
Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their queries, promoting our services and products, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
To achieve this, you will work closely with the shop management team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of presentation in the shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to customers in placing bets through various channels, including betting terminals and in-shop transactions.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized shop environment, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Support the Shop Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth shop functioning and effective communication with colleagues.
- Foster a customer-focused approach, adapting to different situations and delivering a positive experience for all customers.
