A key role within our Food and Beverage department, Restaurant Shift Managers are accountable for ensuring seamless daily operations in our restaurants, cafés, and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of shifts, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and support teams, fostering a positive and proactive working environment.
  • Maintain high service standards through effective communication with colleagues.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing efficient colleague deployment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand expectations and service standards.
HOURS OF WORK

As a shift manager, you will work on a flexible basis, contracted to 150 hours per 4-week period. This may involve varied days and hours, including public holidays and bank holidays, as well as Sundays at a premium rate.
