Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in accounts receivable, finance, or customer-facing financial roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments from customers
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Process customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Liaise with sales and other departments to ensure alignment between financial records and customer activity
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly
  • Provide reporting on receivables, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance, or customer-facing financial roles
  2. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  3. Proficiency with accounting software and IT systems
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
