Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide a meaningful pathway into employment opportunities for members of our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying professional career pathways, assisting with job search and interview skills, and ensuring work experience placements align with our supported employment model.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and meet individual needs
  • Knowledge of vocational training and adult day services
Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a 39-hour week (Monday to Friday). The primary base for the position will be in our headquarters, with relocation to Kilpedder, Co. Wicklow expected within 2-4 years.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders across the community.
