We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Team Member to join our team in Waterford. This is a critical role in the delivery and success of Pre-Filled Syringe operations within our organization.

About the Job

This position is a 23-month fixed term opportunity with a 24/7 rotation which consists of days and nights. As a Manufacturing Operations Team Member, you will be an integral part of a highly engaged and functional operational team who are aligned with site business objectives.

In this role, you will ensure that our products are manufactured with cGMP and HSE guidelines. You will operate and maintain equipment as part of the production lines to achieve the required level of output. You will also maintain and support schedule adherence ensuring RFT (Right First Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure compliance with cGMP and HSE guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain equipment as part of the production lines.
  • Maintain and support schedule adherence.
  • Complete tasks as per relevant SOP's / WI's and training requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to have experience of working in a cGMP environment. Previous sterile experience is desirable. It would be advantageous to have competent in the operation, cleaning, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, MES/SCADA and SAP experience, good problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations, technical writing skills, good knowledge of cGMP, excellent interpersonal skills, and understands site KPI's.
