Job Description

As a key member of our operational team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's store. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail are crucial in achieving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Deliveries:
    • Accurately log incoming deliveries using computer systems.
    • Ensure correct items are received and meet expected quality standards.
  • Allocating Goods:
    • Organize items onto correct shelves or allocate them to appropriate personnel based on order types.
  • Stock Checking:
    • Conduct regular stock counts following a structured plan.
    • Enter stock data accurately into our client's computer system.
  • Ensuring Accuracy:
    • Verify shelf placement matches system records.
    • Analyse stock data and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Liaise with team members and management regarding customer feedback, stock availability, and outstanding orders.
    • Provide constructive feedback to improve store operations.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify potential improvements to processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Adhere to site health and safety standards for a safe working environment.
  • Support and Flexibility:
    • Assist with additional duties as required by line manager to meet business needs.
