About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Leader to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of operations staff, ensuring that production schedules are met, and directing the activities of team members in line with operational, quality, and health & safety work instructions, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations shift team, including key support department team members, to meet production targets for customer delivery, product quality, and cost.
  • Direct the activities of team members in line with operational, quality, and health & safety work instructions, procedures, and policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
